Molly is a native of Pennsylvania. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania was a professional performer when she began in Philadelphia at Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. Her first performance was The Snow Queen. She was then nominated as one of the Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. Molly reprised the role in the production when she performed her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway in 2002. Molly was awarded an award from the Drama League Award for this performance. Molly has also appeared as a character in The Broadway version of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. Then, she attended Princeton University and was a member of Princeton's Triangle Club. She graduated with a bachelor's degree 2008. In 2008, she graduated with an B.A. She also appeared in Disney's College Road Trip, playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly was able to begin her professional career after graduating with Off-Broadway performances, such as End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly was a part of numerous regional productions, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee performed by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 and North Shore Music Theatre's 2010 The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly performed the role of Anne. Molly is best known for her performance in the film Paranormal Activity 2 in which she is the teenage daughter Ali as well as the ABC comedy produced by Jack burditt and featuring Tim Allen entitled Last Man Standing
